My Mitsubishi split unit (installed several years ago by another vendor) was not adequately heating my sunroom addition. Mike spotted several issues with the original install and selection of unit. He offered me options for repairs versus replacement. Ultimately I decided to change units. They installed the same day. Even with a below zero wind chill outside I am warm and toasty in the sunroom today.

Would definitely recommend Compass. They responded to a call of no heat at my house. Came out to repair what we thought was a bad blower motor which in turned out to be a cracked furnace and coil. They were able to get the install guys on site same day and we had heat by 6 pm that night. Awesome work!!!
